treatment of the shoulder

Shoulder pain can be debilitating. But did you know that they are among the most common complaints that arise in our practice? We rely on our shoulders and arms for most daily activities. You may even find it difficult to hang up laundry, take off a sweater or pick up the kettle.

There are a number of factors that can cause shoulder pain.

The pain can appear suddenly, e.g. B. from a traumatic injury, or they can develop gradually through poor posture, overuse, or muscle weakness. The intensity and nature of your symptoms may vary. They can range from mild symptoms of stiffness to serious symptoms that interfere with your daily life.
